opening which phases, and I know which questions matter before anything is signed.

Builders' sales representatives work for the builder. A buyer who walks into a sales office

alone is negotiating without anyone on their side of the table. Bring your own

representation, and bring it before the first visit, because most builders require your

agent present at that initial registration.
